Payment Policy:
All DSC and related service charges are payable in advance through approved online modes. Processing of your Digital Signature Certificate begins only after payment confirmation and receipt of correct documents.
Refund Policy:
DSC, eKYC, video‑KYC, portal submission and documentation charges are non‑refundable once the application is initiated or documents are uploaded to the Certifying Authority portal. Refund is allowed only for duplicate / excess payments or if the application has not been started, after deducting basic administrative charges. No refund is applicable if the application is delayed or rejected due to incorrect / incomplete documents or non‑cooperation from the applicant.
